Bed linen & Towels will be changed after 7 days. You are welcome to have them changed earlier for a fee of $5 per Towel, $20 per bed (sheets, pillowcases etc)
No refunds will be given on deposits and early departures.
Cancellations or alterations on the day of arrival incur a fee of 50% of the remaining booking.
